I had to write a letter to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the level of service I received from November 15, 2002 until June 1, 2004.
I am a 34-year-old woman and have probably had over $15,000 worth of dental work in my life, and NEVER have I enjoyed such an experience as I enjoyed the 18+ months I was under your care! From the day I had my braces put on until the day I received my before-and-after picture in the mail ... the level of professionalism was beyond words. As Americans, we [often] take for granted receiving good customer service, but yours far exceeded the expectation that any of us expect.
I was especially impressed by a number of things: the promptness with which your staff handled patients as we arrived for our appointments; the use of the patient's first name; the smiles and laughter from your staff; the patience and care each Ortho Specialist showed; the level of attentiveness of both Dr. Stewart and Dr. Birth; the expeditious service exhibited by your staff (especially good for those of us with early appointments); the honesty of each visit (never led on to believe my braces would come off before the actual day); the flexibility with billing and payments; and the follow-up care. I've experienced the best and the worst of service in my life, and never have I had an encounter on the level! You should be very proud to be a part of such a dental practice. It's priceless.
